Reasons of Refund

In the following terms, compensation will be given: 
  • The service you requested was not provided. In those instances, please contact our staff and file a detailed request to help@goldenfollowers.com on this page. 
  • The product you have requested does not fit the website description.

Refund Time 

Depending on the client’s bank, money may be returned to the card within 7-60 days. If 60 days after we verified the refund, the customer has not obtained the refund, the customer has to email us again and we can double-check if the bank is having an issue with delivering the refund.
